If you’ve ever missed an event—whether it was a, “Wait—this was happening today?!” situation, or you didn’t quite know how or where to register—or wanted to catch a replay, you can breathe easy. Or, you know, keep huffin’ and puffin’ if that’s your vibe. Either way, we’ve pulled it all together here. Finally!

How to Register

All of our events are hosted by our parent company, Chill Subs, on a platform called Luma—more on that below. Luma makes it super easy to sign up for all our events and get notifications for future ones.

Here’s how to works: If you’re a paid subscriber to any of our projects (Sub Club, Chill Subs, or Forever Workshop), you get free access to ALL events. Just make sure you choose the "Free Pass for Members" option and then click "Request to Join." ↓

If you’re not a paid subscriber yet, no worries. You can still attend any ticketed individual event for $50 a pop.

Chill Subs Events Calendar

We’re aiming to keep our calendar updated at least two months out. That way, you can plan ahead or drop in whenever you’re feeling stuck, curious, or simply need some publishing fairy dust. You’ll regularly find:

AMAs with editors, agents, and other lit world folks (always free, always honest)
Tutorials like Simplify Submitting with Chill Subs, where we’ll walk you through tools that make your submission process faster, smarter, and way less annoying
Lessons on all things related to the submitting and publishing process
And more: We’ll also try out some new things like Feedback Clinics and Reader Roundtables

Missed something? No worries. We’ve got replays!

Every session, whether it’s an AMA, a feedback clinic, a live tutorial, or a deep dive, is saved and shared with paid subscribers a few days after the event.

All replays live in the Events Newsletter section of Sub Club, organized by date so you can easily catch up, revisit favorites, or browse what you missed.

Here’s what you’ll get for each replay:

A dedicated page for that session
The full replay video, viewable anytime
Any handouts, slides, or materials used during the session
A quick summary of what was covered
Links to anything else mentioned in the chat or Q&A

Replays are only available to paid subscribers across any of our projects: Sub Club, Chill Subs, or Forever Workshop. But don’t worry: Free subscribers can still preview each session to see if it’s something they’d like to unlock.
