Welcome to my second attempt at drawing more attention to more global lit mags. This time, I’m focusing on Europe. Yes, all of Europe. There were only 95 total so doing post for individual countries would have been super light.
For this list I’ve added some extras like their founding date, response times, and acceptance rates when we have them. Keep in mind with acceptance rates, they are underreported and our tracking system is quite new. So, grain of salt. The first summary blurb on each mag will say where they are from.
Lots of these are excellent mags. I’m glad to have the opportunity to share them. Soon I’ll do Africa, Asia, and then get into some like Australia where there are genuinely enough in one country to make it it’s own post.
If you didn’t know, I am going to be doing a full 12 lesson course on submitting to lit mags through our new WoD101 project. It’s free. Here is the intro if you want to check it out:
And we’ve got loads more coming up this year on that newsletter. You can see the full calendar here.
Alrighty! Here they are. Please, don’t be shy about pinging me if you spot any errors. I’m always updating as I go. With a long list like this, it’s hard to check everything.
